  We received excellent attention from the first phone call until the installation. Frank took us through the many products offered, and had an encyclopedic knowledge of each unit. We were able to compare features, options and make an assessment whether those features were in line with the cost of the units. We were able to make an informed decision. How many times does that happen? While we were filling out paper work, I also asked Frank about a number of other issues and other appliances, and he generously gave his time and expertise. On top of it all, we were able to have our new dishwasher installed the next morning. We had four inches of snow overnight. Bob and Junior were on time, and the job was complete in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous, and professional throughout the process.

  I needed a new washer & dryer ASAP. I called Don's Appliances in Cranberry Twp. on Friday morning 10 minutes before they opened...Frank Switalski answered. I gave him the make, model, and color that I wanted, and he said they had them in stock. My husband and I drove to their location to view the appliances and confirm are decision. Frank was VERY courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us a very good quote and arranged to have the appliances installed the following Tuesday. (Monday was a holiday.) We are very satisfied with the service that we received.
