  I worked with Melanie, and she was great. I was referred to Minuteman Press in Cranberry from a fellow parent who was getting work done for a high school musical. Melanie was always very prompt and thorough with replying to my emails. I was using another print company, and it took a few months to hear back from my email, and the follow-up was poor, so I decided to switch print companies. The only issue I had was once I received our neighborhood directories, a few pages here and there were slightly wrinkled, due to a bad box of paper they received. Melanie wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied, so she was able to redo and remove the wrinkled pages from the directories. I would definitely return because of Melanie's fabulous customer support.
