  Bought stone for large, new construction home and changed mind and asked to return and even agreed to pay shipping and a restocking fee, if necessary. Called Pam at P F Cook and was told their "policy" was to not allow returns. To which I replied, your policy wasn't written by God. You wrote it, you can bend it or change it. Don't you care about customer satisfaction? To which she replied, "you aren't my customer, your builder is." Really? Then I said, almost every merchant from Wal-Mart to Nordstom accepts returns. Why not you? To which she replied, "we are not a retailer!" Oh, so I guess that means you can ignore the ultimate "customer" who is paying for the brick and stone, not the builder? Bottom line, she ultimately issued a small credit to the builder for the cost of shipping, stuck us with the stone, and didn't even call them or us to explain what she was doing. Not only does she not give a _ _ _ _ about customer relations, she doesn't even have the decency to pick up the phone and call "the customer" to explain how she intended to solve the problem. If we could give P F Cook zero stars we would, but this site requires at least one star, so that's a gift. By the way, even though P F Cook thinks and acts like they own the market and can thumb their nose at customers, we found the same brand of stone in the style we wanted for less money at 84 Lumber (and they were nice!)
