  Great service. Salesman was knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very patient, and not pushy. Understood what I was interested in and what my budget was. Explained all different financing options incase I needed or wanted them. I did opt to take advantage of one and when I had to input anything into the key pad he stepped we'll put off the way so that he couldn't see anything. I didn't even have to ask. He respected my privacy even though he probably didn't care. I was not buying a top of the line unit, but I didn't feel like he thought less of me because of that. We are going to need a stove soon and I will be going back there to get it.

  My husband and I recently went to the Sears Home Appliance Store in Cranberry to purchase a refrigerator and dryer. We really enjoyed the knowledge Chuck provided to us and the help he gave us while we were there. We didn't feel like he was a pushy salesperson. It was a great experience and we were very happy with our service and products. We highly recommend them!
