  The quartz was too long, the guys brought the wrong sink and the slab is not even close to the wall. Not sure exactly what the installers do except carry the material into the house. When confronted about the giant gap between the wall and the quartz, their response was that the wall is bowed and just fill it "with caulk or trim or something." 1. Bows don't matter. That's why you come out and measure with lasers, so you can cut the material precisely. 2. If you're the installer, why are you walking away and telling the client to "fill it with caulk or something." It's your job to make it look good and finish the install.

  First time wrong tops were installed. They insisted it was what I ordered until I proved that the tops they installed were more expensive then the tops I paid for. Second time I informed them I was on a tight schedule and would go elsewhere if they could not meet it. Well, it had taken them a month to measure and its been another month and its still not installed.
