  Staff was very unprofessional. Complained about everything, including the company itself and the other patrons. When I picked up the tuxedo a week before the wedding, it had a wet-looking stain all over the front of the shirt. I asked "Tommy" and he said it was damp from being cleaned and it would be fine. I took his word. Get ready for pictures an hour before the ceremony and realize the shirt is still stained, it wasnt damp at all, it was stained. Called the store and "Tracy" told me I could go pick up another one. I explained that I live an hour away from the store, and its the opposite way as the wedding, so I would never make it. She informed me that they wouldnt bring me an unstained shirt, nor would they refund me for the shirt, because they had one in store that I could have picked up. Thanks Tracy and Tommy, for all the help, on such a special day.
