  I have to call every month to make sure they have my script and have filled it. More often than not, I have to call my doctor and ask them to resend the script. I recently found out that if you ask the pharmacy if your prescription is "on hold" that will pull up refills they wouldn't otherwise see in the "default" look-up they use (thanks, doc!). I have had to go without medication over weekends because of their lack of competency. Every refill I need comes with the added headache of dealing with this pharmacy. I'm switching ASAP....not worth the time.
